heart blockage

my brother has two significant blockages that cant be fixed because he can not take aspirin for a month after the surgery. he bleeds and has almost died each time he has taken aspirin. He is also a dialysis patient. He is in memorial hospital in tenn. They cant do open heart surgery either.. he cant survive it they say. he is able to walk , talk etc.. he does dialysis three times a week. but they cant fix the blockages. they are going to put him on some meds probably and send him home.. is this going to keep him from having a heart attack. sounds like its just sending him home to die..
