Yes dear I am on beta blocker for the last 7 years. Now I have reduced the dose on doctor advice as he was suspecting hypotension causing above referred symptoms but I could not get any considerable relief with that change. Few days ago I retried antianxiety and got some relief but still 50% intensity of  symptoms is there. With this symptoms I also am suffering with sweating on head during taking meal even in winters.

Dear brothers/sisters

Hope you all are fine and enjoying good health.

I am suffering from hypertension for last 10 years but it is controlled through medicines. And now I am suffering from the side effects of medicine etc. Please go through the undermentioned symptoms i am facing these days and please advise.

1. My pulse misses rarely when I go for a walk or go for brisk walk on treadmill. Also when I take shower and come out of bathroom. I feel it for a minute or two and then it calms down. Pulse missing rate is 2-3 times per 80 beats. During pulse missing I feel the symptoms of heart sinking.

2. Due to usage of blood pressure medicine my pulse count went down to 70 beats per minute.

3. Pulse goes irregular some times.

4. My ECG and ETT shows that my heart is Ischemic. I don't know if I can attach scanned copy of my ECG here. Is here any option for that??

5. I am patient of anxiety. Do you think the above symptoms are due to anxiety.

6. I am also patient of allergic asthma but it is controlled by using inhaller. Do you think the above symptoms could be due to asthma medication. Previously I have been taking antihistamine, bronchodialators, antiinflamatory drugs for long time but for last few years I am using only one inhaller.
