heart flutterin / palputations and fainting

i was out on saturday nyt and i got drunk and was dabbling wiv a bit of cocaine, any way the next morning i woke up and my door was getting banged on so i jumped out of bed thinking wtf is this and i ran to the door thinking it was an emergency and it was my little brother messing about but before i opened the door my heart was flutttering really bad and it was sort of taking my breath away (almost felt like sum one was tapping my heart very fast) it was about 0830 in the morning and i had only got in at like 0530 or somert like tht and when i heard him banging i jumped straight out of bed, any way as my heart was fluttering i opened the door and it was as if i fell down and banged my head i was only lay there for a few seconds 15 maximum and my dad and brother was  shouting are u ok n tht and i sed yer yer and got bk up my dad just put it down to beeing tipsy but i know the difference between drunk and sumet beeing up wiv me, so now im just paniking thinking is there somet up wiv me... i have had these like heart flutters before but there getting more regulary if u know wat i mean any advice can please get back to me
