heart or asthma related?

heart or asthma related?

I am a 39 year old female, who has asthma. Heart problems do run in my family.. I am being treated for high BP which WAS 220/104 but has been normal (around 120/80) for over a year now. I am on HCTZ 25mgs and lisinopril 5mgs and flovent 220mcgs. Lately I have been having a lot of asthma attacks, or what i THINK are asthma attacks. I get short of breath, cant finish a sentence, get very tired, and my muscles ache so bad  feel like i just swam the english channel. My question is, is this asthma or can it be heart related? could it be a blockage that causes me to get short of breath all the sudden even if im at rest reading? and are blockages associated with muscle aches? these attacks last for anywhere from 2-3 minutes to 10-15 minutes and then go away... i get them once or twice a day and sometimes 3-4 times a day. So its hard to tell if its just an asthma attack (do muscles ache with asthma attacks?) or is it a heart problem? I had an ekg done a few months ago, before I had surgery done, and the ekg came back normal.. but i have had not so normal ones in the past.

would acid reflux cause my asthma to act up and make me this tired and achy? or could acid reflux cause my chest and muscles to hurt like im having a heart issue??

I wish I had an idea so I could figure out what doctor to go see..
