heart pain and numbness

Hello ,

basically im extremely worried,i wake up with extreme numbness in my foot and toes  and sometimes i get sudden numbness in my hand and a weak sensation in my hand as if it is burning and i have no control over it.

every now and then i get sudden jerks in my heart they last for about a second or so but are shocking and painfull and sometimes just general chest discomfort.towards the end of the day i get very tierd and i suffer from minor insomia weather i was resting all day or not ,and i get a feeling sometimes that my hand and foot are very hot and can litrely feel blood rushing through them. some times i get testecular pain for no apparent reason and well my stomach lets say i have a daily ritual that is visiting the toilet for number 2 , 2-3 times a day

i suspected diabetes so i took a blood test 2 times over diffrent intevals to be honest i ate a tiny bit in the 12 hours preceeding these tests but i got a constant 8.2 to 8.1 mmoll

im only 18 and i dont know what to do, i have no time to go doctors and im not sure if these symptoms are that of diabetes or are more serious.

please can someone experienced answer me thankyou.

Numbness could be anything from a pinched nerve to past Inj. are you on any type of medication ?
or taking anything ? that could be causing this ???  as well low blood sugar symptoms can also cause some numbness in hands and feet ,  

To be safe Its best you visit a good Doctor or Cardiologist first ! take the time off ,or make the time!
health is important no#1.. dont put it off and think its gonna get well by itself.. most cases it wont !
also if your not eatting right and just eatting fast foods and junk.. soda pop so on.. that can throw your body off , and cause problems with the blood and sugar levels..  

best to see a Doctor M.D first hand.. get it taken care of right away !
