heart palpitations and chest pressure on and off for 2 months..

Hello community, created an account just so I can post something specific to myself after endless reading/research the last couple of weeks.. So for the past few years, (guessing 4-5 years) I've known I've had high blood pressure (they would take it during dentist visits) but I always felt completely fine so ignored it, I also was not aware of the risks associated with HBP until my first symptom recently leading to crazy amount of research.. Thankfully over the course of the last month and a half, I have gotten to stable levels (125/80) most days according to a monitor I bought. I still am highly concerned as these symptoms are so foreign to me and have never felt them all my life, I am a 26/male/5'9 and 155 pounds.. About 2 months ago I experienced my first heart palp... terribly scary, knew something was not right immediately, happened while I was just waking up and still in bed.. It lasted about 10 mins before it subsided. I have experienced one other episode not too long after while doing my cardio, had to stop at 2.5 miles because the same feeling was was brought on.. Fast forward to now, I have experienced angina symptoms as well.. Although last couple weeks I have not felt much pressure at all in my chest, but the palps continue at random whenever they please..at rest, while working out.. you name it. Also, last few days, I have been experiencing symptoms of what seems like pots/OI.. where my heart rate would jump up 30+ beats in a matter of minutes.. But once again, as I am writing this, it was not as severe as yesterday and the day before.. Ultimately, the majority of my symptoms don't tend to worsen, they are just intermittent..

I have gone to both a clinic and the ER recently out of concern.. One of my EKGs came up with incomplete right bundle branch block, but oddly my newest one was normal as of last week.. All blood tests and Xray were normal as well. I am seeing a cardiologist next week.

Just hoping there is no irreversible damage, have been doing everything in my power to really make the right lifestyle changes to my diet too; eliminated great amounts of caffeine and sodium, that right there was enough to lower my blood pressure to where it is now apparently. I remember one of my readings being 160/100 couple years back.. Has anyone ever felt these symptoms to only have them be temporary? Not too fond of the idea living with lifelong arrhytmias..
