heart palpitations taking over my mind-

33 yr old female gave birth 5 months ago-
recently tested low vitamin d (16)
originally seen for chest pain a year 1/2 ago had alot of work up a couple ekg's, stress test on treadmill, heart ultra sound all came back normal and recently an event monitor -i noticed theses little flutters in my chest about 1 month ago, at first didnt really bother me like once or twice a day i recorded them on event monitor and dr said they were benign pvc's- but latley i will have heavier flutters in center of upper chest like a flip flop in my chest very uncomfortable i usually will have 3 or 4 in a row about 10-15 times a day- i noticed they dont start till later in the day like 2-3 in afternoon and really pick up when im relaxing at night they really scare me. Im afraid im gona drop dead, with all these test being normal 1 1/2 years ago should i push my dr to look more into this or do i just deal with these palpitations? should i ask for the 24-72 hr holter monitor? i cant imagine living like this- thanks for your time

I think these are most likely benign PVC's like you were diagnosed a year ago with.  I would not put yourself through a bunch of tests again but I do think it would be helpful to see how many PVC's you are having over a 24 hours period so I do tihnk wearing a Holter Monitor for a few days would be a good thing.  Benign PVC's will not kill you!!!!  Anxiety definitely makes them worse.  Have you tried any medications for them? We normally use beta-blockers to slow them down and make you less aware of them.  I would recommend you start one if they are this bothersome for you.  I would recommend you go back and see your Cardiologist who could order both the Holter monitor and prescribe you a beta-blocker to try.
