heart pauses

Hi, i am a 41 yr old female, have been on amitriptyline for 4 yrs to treat long term pain as in have fybromyalgia since having a full histerectomy. i take pregabaline aswell for the pain, i have only just started taking hrt as i didn't realise i should have been taking it - i changed doctors and its only just been discoverd that i hadn't been taking it. i was having pulpatations, sweats and generally feeling terrible, i have now been taking hrt for 4 months the last month they have increased my dosage (elleste solo 2mg) now i have really bad breast pain again have gained weight and feel really depressed, also i take statins (simvastatin 20mg) as i have a high cholesterol of 7.8 and trygliserods of 3.9. I am feeling out of control and don't know what to do with myself, i have a weight problem and just seem to be gaining ++ is this normal and has anyone got any advice for me please i am desperate and just want to feel better about myself - just want to know these heart pauses are ok they make me feel breathless and  can last up to 15 mins at a time,i generally get them once or twcie a day.... please help
