heart prob or anxiety?

Hello people,
I hope i can find some reassurance with this post or at least some answers.  I am 31 w/f.  Mother of 3 young kids.  I have history of panic/anxiety but have also been told that i have a heart murmur since I was born.  I have had palpitations and also like "jumping" heart sometimes daily.  I have had many EKG's, thankfully all normal, two echo's, which were thankfully also normal only showing very slight regurgitation in one of the lower valves but it was deemed insignificant. I have had left shoulder pain since an I.V. was put in two months ago (for only an hour) which has gotten better but its still sore at times and my left arm is still not the same as well.  I have pain on the left side of my chest too.  The past two weeks I have had burning pain in my chest and back and lower throat. I can't quite figure out what all this burning is in my chest and shoulder.  Any ideas????  I did take Zithromax for three days 12 days ago.  I have made an appointment for my cardio next sunday but i am scared there is something really wrong with me.  Anybody else experience these things??

Sounds as though it may be acid reflux or an ulcer, but i would get checked up asap.
Good luck

Have you tried taking an antacid? The burning in your throat, chest and back really sounds like GERD.
