heart problem

I was diagnosed with mild tricuspid valve regurgitation and mitral valve regurgitation with mytral valve prolapse. I had bad rythems two days in a row that sent me to the hospital once. Now I have dizzy spells and shaky. My blood pressure is too low to take my beta blocker as it was 99/62 and 68/56 I am a scared woman is this heart problem dangerous. I need to know.what should I do.Please help me with this.
