heart problems :( anyone help me with my questions? xx

hey my names ella and im 17.. i was just came acroos this website today and i am really suprised to hear people have symtoms (symptoms) like me i thought i was the only one! :( when i was younger i used to have really bad anxiety and pannic dissoders for a couple of years.. it started as early as grade 3!! till about year 7 and ive now learned to controll and dont really have anxiety attacks anymore.. but since i was about 15 ive had an irregular heart beat.. and by that i mean its really fast all the time.. and its goten worse over the last 2 years.. ive had an ekg and a 24 hour holter moniter and the results came up perfectly fine  but my docter just said my resting heart rate was very high.. average about 124 bps!! its so hard to explain.. but its so so uncomfortable to live with,, its constant 24 hours i put up with it..and my boyfriend of 3 years, who ive tried to explain it all to doesnt understand!! he thinks its all in my head!! :( and like others have said when i eat my heart races very fast sometimes i get shaky and feel very sick and have to lay down for a while..so now i try not to eat as much. is it mabey something to do with my liver? i dont know what is wrong with me and im scared that i will die young of a serious heart problem.. does anyone know what is wrong or had had the same symtoms (symptoms) and found out exactly what goes on? and is it something i will have to deal with my whole life.. i wonder if it could be stress tachycardia but does that mean the stress from when i was younger had badly effected my heart for good? i cant stand it anymore my docter said it would go away but its been long enough i dont know what to do! if anyone can help me on this thankyou so much :) xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxxoxox
