heart rate changes sitting/standing syncope

heart rate changes sitting/standing syncope

Long story short.. for 10+ years I was diagnose with epilespy then.. they decided it was neurocardigenic syncope via tilt table test (note first tilt table test was negative, 2nd was positive).
I was told to decondition my heart (yes... "decondition") since my pulse is low (true resting is low 40s).
My initial question is... what is the "normal" change in heart rate when someone goes from sitting to standing (no other movement).
My heart rate monitor  (Polar Heart Monitor high end ) reflects a change in 30 bpm. I think this is strange.
Last week, at cardiology... he gave me weird look when listening as I laid down and then sat up. Unfortunately.. he is not very "open".

You must have athlete's heart.  You mean your pulse drops to 15-25?  There's something else going on here.  What about a pacemaker?  Otherwise sooner or later youre going to end up in cardiogenic shock which has 70% mortality w/i 30 days or less.
