heart rate vs blood pressure

by LoriG1959, Sep 17, 2009 12:16PM
My standing heart rate is hight compared to my friends, usually 85-94 a minute.  By blood pressure is low, sometimes very low.  when I exercise my heart rate goes up fast.  Is this something I should worry about?

You don't need to be concerned about any of these findings, unless you feel tired, fatigued, short of breath on exertion, having chest pain, dizziness or lightheadedness, of you feel like you are about to pass out.  These are signs of low blood pressure that should be acted on.  Asymptomatic low blood pressure does not mean anything.  In fact, the lower the blood pressure, the better.
