heart related or some sort of anxiety thing?

Hi, I was walking around in the house, and suddenly I heart
a noise, that came from my chest. I could clearly hear this,
and it didn't come from my stomach. After this, I felt strange,
and my heart had a rather slow rate of 56, but a beat itself was
rather strong. Is this heart related or is this some weird
anxiety thing?

thx

Dear Chris,

I am not sure what you have. It might be best to discuss this with your primary care physician and have a full check up to make sure that everything is in order.chest

I hope this has been useful. I wish you the best of luck. Feel free to write back.
