I am 37 yr old female both my mom and dad have heart disease. stensts heart attacks etc. for over a year every once in a while I  keep gitting this pich feeling under my left breast bone sometimes it last for a few minutes then some days its there but comes and goes....what can it be and what can I do about it without health insurance

The symptoms you are describing are unlikely to be heart related.  It's probably some type of musculoskeletal pain.  Heart disease is very unlikely in someone your age.  I would try taking some ibuprofen or tylenol to see if it helps.  Of course, the most important thing about CAD is prevention.  So quiting smoking if you do, making sure your cholesterol and blood pressure are well controlled, exercising and being in shape should be the focus of your attention.
