heart speed changes

I dont know if I have posted this in the correct spot, but basically, over the last week, every single day I get this weird feeling in my chest near where my heart is, and it feels like a palsating feelings coming out from the chest area that goes upwards, it goes up my neck and to the front of my head, then i get like a pain sorta of simliar to a head ache for a few seconds and then i get extermely sleepy and disorentated and dizzy.
i also get pins and needls in my fingers, when this happens,
it can happy maybe over 20 times a day at any random time, i can be driving, onthe phone, standing, anything at all and it happens.
im not on any medications. I had key hole surgery about 1 month ago, I dont know if that has anything to do with it.
im am a 21 year old female.
if anyone can think what it could be or any suggestions on how to make it stop would be great if you could reply

Also I forgot to mention mitral valve prolapse MVP, or mitral valve regurgitation MVR. An echocardiogram would detect this.

Forgot to mention to take an aspirin a day if you can tolerate them, until this condition is over.

The only thing that I can think of is very scary, and that is a tiny blood clot that has made it through your heart and lungs but cannot enter, and is blocking blood flow in a tiny artery supplying your brain.

See your "keyhole surgeon" pronto or go to an ER. Afterwards look up transient ischemic attacks (TIA).

Best,

Jack
