heartbeat all over body

is it normal to feel your heartbeat everywehre in your body, especially in the fingers and hands?  Recently i have noticed that my veins are a bit larger than they ever have been and i can feel my blood literally pumping through my body. i can see my arms and hands move with my heartbeat as it goes.  also, is it normal if when my hands are below my waist my hands will get really red and my veins will enlarge?  i can literally feel my heartbeat everywhere if i want to.  this has me worried.  i dont know if its attributable to a heart condition or what?  my bp is aroudn 120/65 and i am very active.  i just wanna know that my heart isnt going to stop beating and im going to fall over.

Usually mid 60s but am very active working out 2+ hours daily

so on average, my bp is 120/70 with a pulse in the low 60's.  i work out for probably two hours a day and do about a half hour of cardio a day, which involves some sprints and stair work.  i am about 6'1" and weigh around 197 pounds and eat relatively healthy.  i mean i think my numbers are good, but i dont know how others would interpret them.  i know usually the lower the pulse the better, but how low are we talking here?

Your pulse is below average (68-70 bpm) and everything looks fine. Perhaps the feelings are more to do with muscle as you are exercising every day. I remember after a good workout my muscles used to feel warm and like they were pulsating for a few hours. I managed to reduce this a bit by doing a proper warm DOWN at the end of exercising, I used to basically exercise like crazy and then just suddenly stop. Warming down is very important, not just for the heart, but for removing toxic wastes from the muscle groups.
