help about stress test could i still be in trouble

I was just wondering if you had a reg stress test and echo holiter moniter and a nuke stress and everythig checked out to be good.  But I still have chest pain sometimes buring . Do you think the tests were telling me the truth?  My cardio dr said I was fine .  He feels my problem is a muscle skeltal?  What do you think? I'm 38female no high blood presuer weigh 105 and clorstal is 150 total.

Scared to death do I need a third opion?  Should I believe my doc and not worry about the pain . When i laugh it hurts
that makes me think it's muscle.

help please this has been going on all summer until present
