help x i dont know whats wrong

For years now I have had a very strange feeling in my chest were my heart is x it only lasted a around five seconds and hardly ever happened x but in the last few days it has been there almost constantly, it hurts, my heart beat really fast and then I go dizzy and pass out x I have been passing out around three times about now x will someone please tell me what's wrong?

Have you been seen by your doctor for this?  It's possible that you have an arrhythmia.  These are skipped or missed beats.  Some describe this as a flutter.  I had those in my younger years and later developed SVTs.  (Supraventricular Tachycarida). These would take my breath away and make me very dizzy.  It's worth talking to a doctor about and there are tests that can diagnose these.  Especially if you are passing out.  Take care and keep us posted, Ally
