help!

i am 15 y/o and lately i have this strange tight chest pains and i feel closterphobic and from neck to my bottom lip kind goes numb, its making me panic. i don't have asthma and i'm not allergic to anything. nor am i coughing weezing or am having sinus problems.

Have you discussed this with your parents yet? In not, you should. In any case, what you are describing sounds like anxiety. Heart disease in some one your age although not impossible, it is EXTREMELY rare. In addition, if this was related to your heart you would have many more issues such as chest pains, fatigue, shortness of breath and rhythm issues all which would worsen with exercise or exertion.

You should go see your family doctor to be safe, but I think this is more likely to be anxiety than heart disease.
