high blood pressure? or others

I've been getting this weird headache, it only lasts 3 seconds and when it happens i also lose my balance and need to quickly lean or hold onto something and I'll also my vision seems to "shrink". (i can only see the center of what i used to be able to see, the sides, and area above and below gets blurry and starts fading away thats how i describe my vision "shrinking").  Fortunately this strange headache usually only lasts a couple seconds and rarely happens and only does after using a computer or watching TV for a long time and not every time I do that it happens.

The reason i posted this is to find out if this a warning to something very serious. From what I know it seems to resemble temporary strokes the most.

tyvm I did go see a doctor and yes i do spend a long time on the computer and according to the doctor that is most likely the cause for my problem though i have yet to check my blood pressure. I now limit my time on the computer too and so far it hasn't occurred though I did notice some effects,  it's now easier to cause it as i used to spend hours on and it would occur but now even an hour can give me headaches though the other symptoms are gone fortunately.

ITs hard to say what is happeing as im not a Doctor - its best to check your blood pressure see where its at . then look into seeing a good doctor about your problems .
hopefully you can find a doctor, that will listen to you - and take time to understand it ..
and not just throw pills at you.  if your on a computer for long times, (hours ) ti can have a effect on your vision - and can cause headaches too !   I now limit my time on the computer..

tv shouldnt effect too much on the vision deal, but if your watching it in dark room , I read it can have a effect on vision ?

best to first check b.p readings  - then see a doctor about all the problems  go from there
