high blood pressure[isolated systolic blood pressure]

i am 22 years old i have isolated systolic hypertension 210/70  my ht rate reach about 125 and i feel headache , hyyperdynamic circulation [i feel pulsation even in my fingers ] i sleep about 9hs aday i make all the investigation....[thyroid function ,renal function,duplex on renal artery, cortisol,ACTH(diurnal),abdominal sonar,echo on heart,VMA IN URINE]  acth was 71.6 in am but normal in pm(in pm is less than 70 % of am , cortisol is normal) so i was asked to have free cortisol in urine 24hs all the investigations are normal ,vma is slightly high and know i ll go to have metanephrine in urine and suprarenal medulla scan{mibg}, mri on brain stem and now i feel normal but my blood pressure is 150/80...but i notice that i have hypertension in attacks about once a for two week..headache ,hotness,tachycardia but no sweating,or tremors,so help me ,i forgot to say i took indapamide and calmipam..at attack but it decraese my bl pressure to 180/60

You are young to have hypertension. This is why you are being evaluated for other causes. The episodic nature of your symptoms do raise the question of some type of adrenal tumor and that was why they were evaluating you for this disorder. Sometimes, we aren't able to find a discrete cause and the blood pressure is caused by your genetic disposition to the disease. Also, anxiety can certainly present in similar attacks.  It is important for you to continue your follow up with your physicians who can monitor your blood pressure and response to therapy over time.
