high blood presure

just checked again 177/94 pulse is 72  what should i do and is this odd to fluctuate so much, first reading about 2 hours ago.  my colesteral is 92 my doctor said its the lowest he ever saw, so is that good. with low colesteral why is my blood presure so high.

who checked your blood pressure? did you relax for about 20 minutes first?

High BP can be caused by other things like heredity, and a kidney not functioning @ 100%, and stress.  You also want to limit salt and caffeine in your diet.  You need to look at your overall health, and diet, and go from there.  But your BP should not be spiking this high at any time.
