The breakdown of the cholesterol count (ldl, hdl, triglycerides) is important. For example, the hdl is called 'good' cholesterol as it controls the ldl levels (bad cholesterol). The triglyceride count is important as well.
The CRP test is an indicator of the inflammation level of the arteries.
The fact that you have a 30% blockage is quite significant to my way of thinking, especially when you have such a high cholesterol level. Think of your arteries like you would plumbing pipes in your house. If your house pipes were 30% blocked, they would most likely plug up much faster than clean pipes, and that analogy is exactly why people can have blockages a short time after an angiogram.
I would suggest you use this test as a definite warning that you have a potential problem.
