high resting heart rate

by chloes_mum, Aug 31, 2008 08:20PM
my resting heart rate is 97 first thing in the morning, my blood pressure is normal 110/60.. i had really high cholesterol and was put on 10mg tablets called Crestor. family history of high cholesterol is why i had it checked in the first  place but i had to stop taking the tablets about 25 weeks ago because i found out i was pregnant, so i'm 30 weeks along 28 years old 107 lbs before getting pregnant with a history of really high cholesterol. could this be the reason for my heart rate  and is it dangerous?

How high was your cholesterol? Also, it is normal for your resting heart rate to increase 80 to 90 plus BPM during pregnancy. You should still mention it to your doctor.

Good luck!
