high troponin levels

last sunday was taken to hospital with chest pains and heart rate of 150bpm my hbp was also higher than normal at 175/120 ecg was little strange but ok blood test however showed high levels of troponin in my blood was told i had small heart attack but then had angiogram came back clear was let out still no idea what happened any ideas? is there lots of reasons for high troponin is it something to worry about? i am 24yrs old have had high blood pressure for about 14 months runs about 165 over 110 without medication 150 over 100 with meds. my dad had a heart attack at 25 and had ischemic heart disease he had his aortic vaulve put in at 27. also had ekg which was normal.
