I assume you mean on this web site. I've never asked a question but I understand the doctors only take 2 questions a day so it can be difficult to squeeze one in. They also change the time of day they accept questions to give people in various time zones a chance to get in. I hope someone else will pop in and explain how it's done. I do know you have to keep trying throughout the day. Someone once recommended trying to post at the top of each hour. Kind of like being the first in the door when a store opens.
