how does hypertensive atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease
plase explain to me in simple terms what happen to my son aat age 29 to die from this ?.he went into the er to get a boil lanced ,had to come back in an one hours time for fever, vomiting and pain. the next day he had emergency surgury the surgeon said it was not done correctly in the er . they put a plug in the little hole which caused him to get septic. also explain how this can effect heart, liver, kidneys, brain, and other organs?
I am not sure how the atherosclerotic and HTN fit into all this. It seems to me that he developed some form of sepsis (infection), likely related to a bacteria, potentially staphylococcus or streptococcus, which then led to severely low blood pressure. This can be fatal by causing failure of all major organs. Sorry about your loss.
