hrt flutters

i cant believe so many people have what i thought was just my probelm for over 14 years the docs said dont worry abought them its like a flutter that makes me so nervous i cough when im having them and it seems to help they had put me on tenormin but i still had them then after going to the hospital yesterday with the shock sense of heat going thru my whole body they took me off tenormin cause my hrt rate was only 49 beats per min awake now that scared me to but they said my hrt is ok has anyone had that heat type feeling it lasted 10seconds and i had 4 that day now im nervous all over again please help  thank you
