hyoertension for 6 years

Good morning/evning

My father 56 years old ,, he had hypertension for 6 years ago .. i just want to ask .,. about two drugs they said " the best for hypertension"
first one : Atacand 8 mg
second one : Concor 5 mg

-he allready took these drugs for 3 years .. is there any side effect for long use? or making Danger on his life and health?
-what about altenative ..?? is there any drugs better to advice me for than what I`ve mentioned.
-how about the food, life style, he cant walk everyday or even make sports.. because the hip jiont.
-finally, i`ve read about "Vinegar apples" how can use it, and when and how much?

Your father needs to follow his doctor's orders.  Three yrs on these meds and so far no side effects I would not worry.  As for side effect for long use?  BP meds have to be taken long term otherwise the side effect " without"  meds could be a stroke or heart attack.

As for the natural stuff, it depends how high your father's BP is, and what his doctor says.  If its only slightly elevated maybe life style/diet changes and natural stuff can help, but since 120/80 is now considered "pre-hypertensive" doctors do not believe in the natural stuff very much.

Most of all its very important NOT to stop BP meds on your own that can be very dangerous.

by the way, when he dont take that meds ,, he suffer "high heart beat" ,,

sevreal times from 5-8 months he getting Gripe with very low BP and fuzzy Vision ..

otherwise, the doctor said ,, the BP or the hypertension is not regular ,, and Unknown in medical ... really i dont know .. he is MY FATHER ,, and i just wanna know .. everythings ok or not?
