hypertension, aortic sclerosis, PVNs and Vertigo

my husband has been diagnosed with hypertension and aortic sclerosis last year. Last august 2007 he was diagnosed again with PVNs, a mass or lump underneath his knee cap. Then just last Nov. 26, he was diagnosed with vertigo, he's been suffering from dizziness for 4days now. According to his doctors, his ears and eyes are okay and probably the cause of his dizziness is due to his neck movement. He get dizzy everytime he looks down. Prior to his dizziness, he one time complained of neck pain when he was watching tv and maybe his position was not good. after that incident, he started feeling dizzy (come and go). I'm worried if it's somewhat related to his being hypertensive and that he has aortic sclerosis. please help.
