i am still feeling light headed

i am still feeling light headed and dont know why. i have been checking my blood presure and it was 101/77 105/ 70i am on atenolol 25mg . had stress tests etc ekg ecg all came back ok. iwonder if it is the meds doing this or what. my doc (cardiologist and reg doc) think i have anxiety. and of course i have stress and a lot of it but i dont sit there and think about it all day long. my doc wants me to try ativan and i dont want it. not a fan of pills i actually am trying to loss wegiht to help me with health issues. i guess i am a nerves wreck because how do u know if it is anxiety of heary problems. tests arent always 100% percent either.i am gong crazy..

i feel the same way dizzy all the time and they put me on ativan and it helps but i still am dizzy

my docs think i have anxiety but when u think about it dont we all. i think anxiety is answer when they dont know what to tell you or what to do next. by the way my doc wanted my to take Ativan.how does that make you feel? i personally refuse to take anymore pills
