i am very fatigued all the time (especially compared to what i used to be)

i have some palpitations, but it really makes me wonder if that could be the entire cuase of this. I am 24 years old and pretty healthy, like when i move my leg or anything for more than a second i get this feeling of exhaustion in it, like i just want to stop, and it's not laziness. like sometimes if i move my arm it will automatically just drop, almost like when you run fast for a long time and your legs almost stop working...

i might add, i can run fine, i do get exhausted a little more easily.

also i had an ekg and it came out fine but my lower left side of my chest, feels like its the bottom of my heart feels like a weird pain sometimes, and i had trouble getting a breathe for a while, that has gotten a little better.

any ideas what this could be? it's been happening for at least like 4 months.

I would continue to persue this.  It sounds like there could be something neurological going on, a pinched nerve, or possibly your heart.  EKG's aren't always conclusive.  You need to start with a good physical check-up, blood work thru an Endocrinologist, see a Cardiologist, and a Neurologist until you get some answers.  Something obviously is not right.
