i have mild to moderate mitral insufficiency

hi there. i am a 35 year old female with sob and here and there chest pains along with TERRIBLE constant dizzy issues.... i just had an echo and tells i have mild to moderate mitral insufficiency along with mild tricuspid insufficiency. r ventricular systolic pressure of 16mmHG plus r atrial pressure....
ok, so i am waiting to hear from my dr. about what to do or if i should be concerned...will i need surgery ? or what? anyone?? thank you

No you won't need surgery with mild to moderate mitral regurgitation, and your right ventricular systolic pressure is normal.

what about a thoracic aneurysm? the contant dizziness, nausea, pains radiating in chest and flank  pain...? what test is needed to rule that out..? i hate when my dr. tell me i am too young for this...i want it ruled out.. the echo would have  ruled out an aortic aneurysm, right?
