i need help

hello everyone. i think i might be over-acting about this but, i'm sixteen years old and i am kinda of overweight but nothing too bad, but onto my question. i had heartburn all night because i had spicy tacos, and as i was sleeping i had pains in the middle of my chest and it felt like pins were sticking me. it didn't really wake me up it just like really really hurt, and i have never had that feeling before when i had heartburn and so i was wondering what does it sound like to you?

I sounds like a bad case of heartburn. I have acid reflux and there were times I was in so much pain I thought I was having a heart attack. But it is just heartburn. No reason to panic.

Totally agree. This doesn't sound heart related. if you haven't discussed this with your parents, I would. They can help you to get relief.
