im i a candidate for CAD!!

Hello people im 36 my cholesterol( total is 123) ( LDL is 52 )Trigs are 92  and (HDL is 71)
could I still have a blockage artery somewhere?I HAD 3 EKGS  done a 24 holter and an echo in the last 3 weeks all coming back normal...but im still experiencing occasional chest tightness and trouble breathing while just walking ....I had these symtoms (symptoms) yesterday and took a 1mg avitan pill(benzo for anxiety)and felt better.My cadio guy is still recomending a nuclear stress test in 2 weeks to be sure...but doesnt cholesterol craete the environment for cad ?So that is the basis of my question ...with numbers like these and my age is it likely i have a serious blockage or plaque build up!PLEASE GIVE ME SOME INSITE! :frown:
