does anyone has any idea a disease where a person is expected to 25 , there  cure for it and only medication to deal with the pain is given ..the pain is abdominal on the left side

What causes Left side abdominal pain?

A detailed study is necessary to determine the exact location and cause of left side abdominal pain as there are numerous organs in that area. An abdominal pain can result due to some disorder in any of the following parts situated on the left abdomen:

◦spleen
◦left part of liver
◦left kidney
◦left half of large intestine
◦body and tail of pancreas
◦sigmoid colon
◦descending colon
◦left ureter
◦in women – left ovary and fallopian tube
◦left adrenal gland
◦blood vessels, nerves, muscles and skin

You should see your doctor to evaluate your symptoms, health history, etc.  and determine the underlying cause that may or may not be serious.  You must haver a feeling it is serious otherwise you wouldn't be asking questions...the internet for diagnostic information and self medicating should be avoided and not a reliable source.
