is it ok to take an asthma inhaler if you have heart disease? i had a heart attack less than a year ago and coded in the er....we are currently renovating our home and the dust is really getting to me.
Depends on the severity of your heart damage and the type of inhaler you want to use. The best idea is to ask your cardiologist. And in the meantime, wear a good quality dust mask. They have several types at your local hardware store. Besides, with or without asthma and heart disease, when renovating a home, you should wear a dust mask. You never know what's in the dust that may trigger problems years down the road.
