intermittent bradycrdia/pvc/palpitations

I had a myxoma removed from my left atrium 7 years ago.  Since that time I have undergone multiple echos which revealed estimated PAP's ranging from 35 to 70.  I experience episodes of light headedness, palpitations, exertional sob, racing heart, ringing in the ears and flushed face.  I have episodes of bradycardia and pvc's as well as intermittent high and low blood pressures.  My cardiac enzymes are normal.  My left heart cath was normal.  My lipid panels and cholesterol levels are on the low end of normal.  Although I have had PAPs up to 70 by echo, my cardiologist did not cath the right side bc my last PAP by echo was 35.  I have undergone all the differential diagnostic testing for PHN - all of which were normal other than the PSG which revealed 1 OSA, 3 CSA and 104 hypopneas.  I am overweight.  My cardiologist does not seem to be worried about my symptoms, HR, BP or PVC and has encouraged me to continue to use my CPAP, lose weight (consider bariatric surgery) and avoid stress.  Can all of my symptoms be related to OSA/weight (even though I didn't have actual OSA events) or should I be worried?  FYI - my 20 year old daughted c/o the above symptoms last year, had a 4 wk holter monitor which showed L BBB, which the cardiologist felt was just a "random electrical disturbance or misfiring" and was nothing to worry about.  Thanks for any info you can give me.
