is CABG necessary

1) Lt. main coronary
   > Normal
2) LAD(Lt.Anterior coronary Descending Artery)
  > Showed long lesion started from its proximal part about MLD of 95%.
  > also, the first diagonal branch has tight lesion (90%) shortly after its origin.
3) LCX(Lt.Circumflex coronary artery (dominant)
> small but give OM that is large and has 2 successive lesions (80%,95%) respectively.
4) Rt. Coronary Artery (RCA)
> showed proximal lesion (at its bend) about 80%

Is CABG is the only way

scan showed 2 lesions in LAD ...volume 112.6 and Calcium 148.  How bad is this?  should I be concerned?

Long lesions and numerous lesions with significate occlusions usually requires CABG.
