is it a hearth problem????? my sympthoms

i have been feeling dizzines my left hand numbs or all my left side. i have some pain in my chest n i get some weird attatcs where i caint breath. like rigth now i feel like if i was drunk but i dont drink. everything moves i feel a ligth pressure beside my eyes i check my blood pressure n it was ok but my pulse is 107 not sure if dats normal. i feel like my hears are gona blow. n feel some numbness in my left hand but lately i have been feeling like dis... is this something with t heart????? the doctor thaugth it was my thyroid but i had a ultrasound everything was good. n they gave my some inflamation (inflammation) pill she said my muscle arround the heart is sore. so that why she gave me the pills. i had 2 ekgs n they ok. the pills dont really help with the pain and my sympthoms... does some one knows what is dis???? im 20 n H5'6 w167L...

You seem to have a great number of concerning symptoms.  If you are not comfortable with the evaluation you have received thus far, I recommend that you seek a second opinion with a cardiologist who can help to determine if you have a cardiac cause for your symptoms.  If you do seek a second opinion, it is very important that you bring the reports from your previous tests, including lab tests and the images from any cardiac tests (such as echocardiograms) that you have received.
