is it safe to exercise

1) i am  34, m and hypertensive, i take 100mg of atenolol, 5mg amlodipine, 25mg captopril, 1/2 tab of moduretic daily then isordil for angina, i need to lose 10kg, smoke and drink moderately. I recently started having a weak erection and low energy for sex, my bp is usually 130-140/80-90. It goes higher if i drink and results in chest pain and arythmia which goes away after sometime. I tried stopping atenolol but developed a strange cough which lasted over a month. What shud i do to restore my libido  2) how safe is it to jog, my cardiologist suggested fast walking and eventually running 3} my hbp seems to be initiated by smoking and drinking and d severity of d resultant arythmia depends on how many bottles i took (card said i shudnt go beyond 2 bottles a day, and its been ok) can i stop taking my bp drugs if i stop drinking and smoking 3) early this yr after a heavy night of drinking the next morning i had problems sleeping on my left side cos of chest pain, my cardiologist suggested i do an ecg and heart echo, the ecg was ok but the heart echo show left ventricular hypertrophy and thickening of the endocardium, and moderate cardiomegaly or moderate cardiomyopathy (not sure which one again), the chest x-ray didn't show  any abnormality, and my blood test confirmed that my kidneys were still ok,  my cardiologist said it was all good, that is just that we have not been managing my blood pressure properly so he now added atenolol and insisted that i take the amlodipine and captropril everyday (i used to take it only when i have angina) and things have been a lot better, he keeps telling me everything is good but i am beginning to suspect that he is telling me the whole truth, although i've noticed that i feel a lot better if i can drink just about two bottles and nothing of beer and nothing more. I told him i want to stop taking alcohol and he said he will recomment not exceeding one-two bottle once in a while, anyway what my prognosis, how long can i possible live with all these illnesses

i do every thing i was told not 2 i said i do no drugs drink or smoke , in witch they loved i lied i had an ej/frac on my left ventrical  of 15 percent , i was fine untill i broke me ankle and when they pump me full of there drugs i stopped breathing , i stopped taken there drugs at hos signed my self out , and now my hart is getting better ej/frac now 50 . i think there full of **** i tell emwhat they wont 2 here and now i can run bike walk , but now am that worried i will drop dead i have mental issues , never on my own . i think if u going 2 die why worry . am not scared any more , i laugh as they could not be proactive in  treating me as i had non of the symtoms (symptoms) of it even if my heart was enlaged , u will as long as 2 the time u give in , fight it i did , stay cool
