is this high?

i have been having dizzy spells and headaches. my friend suggested that check bp. it was 191 over 90 on sunday. mon 165 over 100. now today its 165 over 105. i am working as a laborer on the floor 12hr days. dont eat junk foods. hardly any pop or coffee. i was wondering if its real high and what it could be?

Your blood pressure is very high.  You need to see a doctor right away.  When blood pressure reaches this high, a person could have a stroke.  You need to be on blood pressure medicine soon.  When my husband's blood pressure went up to 157/100, he was sent home from work by his state employer and had to go to bed until he was able to see the doctor.  He is taking a water pill that works to bring down the blood pressure.  This is a new way of treating high blood pressure and an old medicine to treat it with.

Your Systolic was extremely high the first reading and in itself is cause enough for concern to make a trip to see a doctor. Your Dystolic is getting higher each reading as well which isn't good but could be a sign you are stressing out over your blood pressure as I've been thru the same thing. Better to be safe than sorry and get to the doctor for a complete checkup. If you smoke...stop....NOW. You would be amazed on how much that can bring your pressure down until you can at least get into see your doctor.
