what kind of medicine for lateral wall ischemia? what is the treatment?

If you have been diagnosed with Ischemia, then the first stage will be medication but it depends on the severity of the blockages. If there are any blockages 70% or above, then usually intervention such as bypass/stenting will be recommended. The second thing which is just as important is lifestyle change. Healthy diet, no smoking, regular exercise even if just walking, blood pressure monitoring, cholesterol level monitoring and avoiding emotional stress as much as possible.
If you have ischemia, then risk lowering medications will usually be prescribed, such as Aspirin to reduce the risk of stroke/heart attack.
