I'm not quite sure with some of the unique terminology, such as definitely cleared after OM1?
It could be that they are saying the LCX is heavily calcified before the OM1 but after this the vessel is clean, meaning a good choice for bypass. The LAD is blocked, but it would be interesting to know from the report if you are left/right or co-dominant. You have probably been so well up until now because of collateral development into the LAD area, but your LCX blockage will shut these down and make symptoms worse. If the LCX cannot be opened with stents, then bypass would be a good option, particularly if they can use your LIMA vessel.
Your RCA has a 70% blockage but again, the right side is usually good at developing collateral feeds and 70% is borderline for intervention anyway.
