leaky aortic valve post surgery

Has anyone experienced having a leak around an aortic valve replacement -- we seem to be in the same situation as we were before surgery with stenosis in his natural valve -- discouraging! What sould we expect to be done now? There are no symptoms and I feel fine? Thank you
