left atrial enlargement

I am 51 yrs old male with no previous heart problem. A week before I used to have very mild pain on left side of my chest in the area about 02 inches below left nipple. Now the pain is no longer felt since last 4 - 5 days. I am overwait by about 30%. My ECG report says following:-
Rate : 91 - Normal synus rhythm, rate 91 ...........Normal P axis, PR rate and rhythm.
PR : 129 - Left anterior fascicular block ..............QRS axis -45 deg, 1:40 inferior.
QRSD : 79 - Consider left atrial enlargement .......P VI - .10mV or more negative.
QT : 323
QTc : 397

--Axis--
P : 43
QRS : -41
T : 22

My sugar levels and lipid profife tests are within safe ranges. Kindly advise how serious is my condition as per above ecg report and what is likely medication. Will I require to go for any surgery or it can be treated with medication.
Thanks and regards.

The ECG is suggestive of left atrial enlargement, not even diagnostic.  IF you are very concerned you could get an echocardiogram to better assess your heart function and your LA size.  I don't anticipate that you will need to correct any of those findings or that you will need any major surgeries related to this in the near future.

Very many thanks for your prompt comments. Shall have echocardiogram done for further confirmation. Is the condition reversable through medication or otherwise. Kindly advise.
