my husband's result from ECS:
concentric left entricular remodelling (LVMI=gm/m2,RWT of 0.43)w/ adequate wall motion & contractility, dilated aortic root=normal left dimension w/ normal left artrial index=normal right atrium, right ventricle & main pulmonary artery dimension=thickened aortic valve cups & appears to be bicuspid=structurally normal tricuspid valve & pulmonic valve
Doppler:=reversed E:A ratio across mitral valve & tricuspid valve=mitral regurgitation, nid=normal pulmonary artery pressure by pulmonary acceleration time.conclusion:=concentric left ventricular remodelling w/adequate contractility & systolic function but w/ doppler evidence of diastolic dysfunction=to consider congenital heart disease biscupid aortic valve.
