Between the upper and lower chambers of the heart is a group of nerves called The Bundle Of His. the bundle of nerves breaks off into the Right and Left Bundles which deliver the electrical impules to cause the ventricles to contract. If there is a slowing down of getting the impulse to the ventricle on either side you have a Bundle Branch Block. If it's incomplete than you have functioning of that nerve, it just takes alittle longer to get the impulse through from the sinus node which is the center point for the electrical system.
