i feel  left part of heart shout pain ,so what is that

A shooting pain to the left side almost always is not heart related.  More likely it is costochondritis which is an inflammation of the joint between the boney structure of the chest cavity.  Other possibilities are trapped or damaged nerves and if there is local tenderness near the front of your chest, it could be due to inflammation of the joint between the end of a rib and the breastbone.
